  I was truly blessed when the hospital assigned me with these folks!! I hadnt been home more than 10 mins and they contacted me and rushed to ensure any and all of my needs were taken care of. They had amazing patience explaining what hospice is and how everything works, on my 2nd night home i had an issue arise in the early morning hours and my nurse not only answered the call, she stayed on the phone explaining what i needed to do, helped calm me down and even offered to drive the 45 mins to my home n assist me if i needed it. Everyone i have met from Haven has been amazing and truly cares. As a paraplegic / multiple amputee i have had dozens of home health nurses over the years, but NEVER have i had a company more dedicated and caring about not only me but my family, they even bring my service dog her favorite treat when they come lol. I am truly thankful for all they have done for me, i really can not think of the words to say how strongly i feel gratitude to all the folks at Haven or explain how well they have taken care of me and my family. Thank all of you at Haven and if your reading this and need services similar to what they provide grab your phone and call these folks, you won't be disappointed,

  Friendly staff, the physical therapist(s) performance was excellent, the occupational therapist did a fine job too, but the nursing care was not at all acceptable. They don't show, don't follow up with lab results, fail to follow through with the most important parts of the service.
